His Majesty's Embassy present their compliments

to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ano, have the honour

to refer to the latter's memorandum of the 9th March

1935, containing the suggestion that sunitions of war

imported on consignment into Hongkong or singapore should

not be allowed to be re-exported to China except on the
